It also possesses the qualification for government procurement agency approved by the Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province. The company specializes in construction project management, engineering cost consultation, engineering supervision, bidding agency, and government procurement services, including project proposals and feasibility studies; Preparation of investment estimates and project economic evaluation reports; Preparation and review of project budgets, estimates, final accounts (settlements), and bidding control prices; Whole-process management and services for engineering costs; Consulting services for engineering construction technology; Government purchase, etc.

The company is located in the urban area of Wuxi City, with an operation area of approximately 1,300 m². It currently employs over 50 professional technicians, including 26 with senior and intermediate professional titles, 25 nationally registered cost engineers, 10 supervision personnel, 15 full-time bidding agency staff, and 22 full-time government procurement staff. The company comprises multiple specialized business departments and has established a comprehensive quality management system, technical archive management system, and a unified internal management system.
